Understanding the Email Rules page

The Email Rules page helps you manage and set your email rules. Setting email rules saves you time by programming standardized emails to be sent at a scheduled time. You can set client-based email rules, such as payment reminders, or company-based email rules, like shipping confirmations.

To access the Email Rules page:

  1. Go to Settings > Email > Email Rules.

Customizing client-based rules

You can customize two client-based rules, Payment Reminder or Feedback Reminder. Each rule lets you to set the number of hours or days that you wish each reminder to be sent.

  1. Go to Settings > Email > Email Rules.
  2. Click the Edit icon > Input the time you want the reminder email sent > Click Save.
  3. Optional: You can also choose whether or not you want the feedback reminder sent only if the order is marked as delivered. Simply check the box.
  4. Optional: You can also choose if you want the feedback reminder sent based on when the order is delivered. Simply check the box.

Customizing company-based rules

Feedback Requests can only be sent for Local Store, Amazon, FBA, eBay, Yahoo, and Etsy. Feedback Requests are different from Feedback Reminders because requests are company-based.

You can also set email rules per channel. This feature lets you specify which emails should be sent according to channels that your company is associated with.

  1. Go to Settings > Email > Email Rules.
  2. Click the Edit icon > Check the setting you want per channel > Click Save.
