The Fulfillment Report Dashboard focuses on the performance of order fulfillment. Performance is measured against the Order Promise Date – the date by which the order was supposed to be shipped.
This report can help you focus on the reason an order may be late; it may be a related to the product or to the workload of a specific day.
The report shows the total quantity of orders fulfilled by merchant and breaks them down into 3 categories:
- Fulfilled Early – before the order promise date
- Fulfilled On Time – on the order promise date
- Fulfilled Late – after the order promise date
Several color-coded graphs and charts give a visual snapshot of performance. There are also charts that itemize top fulfilling products and top late fulfilling products.
